Over compacted gravel or concrete is placed on top of a layer of dry sand (sort 0 ÷ 4 mm ) thickness between 30-50 mm bed called paving . It vibrates longer then spread sand sand ” loss ” and level . Mounting the pavement

Filling the gaps

The mixture used to fill the joints is a 1:3 mortar (cement : sand ) .
The joints are filled with appropriately sized trowel and finished .
The pavement should be protected from pedestrian or vehicular traffic at least 48 hours.
Another method of filling the final cementing mortar joints is dry . Sematura direction perpendicular joints dry mortar 1:3 (cement : sand ) . The dry mixture will be fixed due to moisture from the mortar used in placing paving .
The method is used when the pavement is completely dry .
In case of installation on sand layer will use the vibrator plate ( 100-160 kg in service ) for the final compacting paved surface .
If still necessary, will replenish joints and will sweep the area again .
Fixing and vibrate is on dry pavement .Use only dry sand .

When pavement is mounted on the base layer of concrete traces the exact contour of the surface on which it is poured concrete layer with wooden stake (or steel bars ) and twine .
